As part of House of Work, we are one of the largest staffing agencies in the Netherlands. We specialize
in providing motivated employees in various sectors such as the agricultural sector, technology, logistics,
and the food industry. With a specific focus on the ornamental horticulture sector, we connect our clients
with production workers and team leaders, as well as forklift drivers, order pickers, machine operators,
and many other enthusiastic employees for roles in various industries and sectors. Our recruitment offices
both domestically and abroad recruit employees to work throughout the Netherlands.

History

What started as an agricultural contracting company in 1990 has grown into a versatile player with strong roots in ornamental horticulture, and now also in logistics, technology, and the food industry. Since 2001, EG Personeel has been a reliable partner in the labor market.

We adapt to the continuously changing labor market and tailor our services to the needs of our clients. This led to the establishment of RC Westland in 2018, in response to our clients' demand for an effective approach to absenteeism. In 2019, we became part of House of Work. Within House of Work, we collaborate with Westflex, FlexWorx!, ICE Agency, Fix Personeelsdiensten, and RC Westland. Together, we combine knowledge and experience in various fields. A strong market player with the goal of successfully connecting people. We have everything in-house to make a significant positive impact.
