As part of House of Work, Westflex has been the specialist in providing motivated employees for the agricultural sector, logistics, technology, and food industry for over 20 years. Our roots lie in the agricultural sector, but Westflex works everywhere! We connect people with companies for both temporary and permanent positions, from production workers and machine operators to forklift drivers, order pickers, and team leaders. In addition to these jobs, we also offer opportunities for specialized roles with skilled workers and tailor-made solutions for specific staffing needs. From our recruitment offices both in the Netherlands and abroad, we recruit motivated employees who are ready to start working across the entire country.

History
Westflex was founded in 2003 by Nic Poot, who at the time was the owner of a leading tomato company. He recognized a lack of staffing agencies that met the specific needs of the agricultural sector: flexibility, reliability, and quality. What started as a solution for his own company soon grew into a successful enterprise specializing in staffing, payroll, and self-employed services. With thousands of employees in sectors such as agriculture, logistics, technology, and the food industry, Westflex underscores its versatility with the slogan ‘Works Everywhere!’
Thanks to our commitment to long-term client relationships, we have built a strong reputation over the years as a reliable partner in finding motivated staff and providing quality, flexible solutions.
Since 2020, Westflex has been a proud part of House of Work, a network of specialized companies in the field of employment.
