Results: Satisfaction Survey
In September 2022, we conducted a survey among all temporary employees of our labels within House of Work. Over 800 employees responded, and we would like to share the results of this survey.
By asking questions according to work in general, contact with the Job Coach/coordinator and housing, we are able to measure satisfaction among our temporary workers. This way we can see what is going well and where there is room for improvement. We - as House of Work - believe it is very important to do this kind of research, so we can continue to optimize the quality of our company and our services.
Work happiness and job satisfaction
According to the results, a fun and friendly work atmosphere is very important for happiness and satisfaction at work. Variety of work tasks and making enough hours also contribute to work happiness and job satisfaction, according to our temporary workers.
Job Coaches and Coordinators
The survey concluded that the availability and reachability of Job Coaches and coordinators to questions and/or problems is very important. The overwhelming part of the respondents were ‘satisfied’ or ‘very satisfied’ about this. Together we work hard every day to make this possible and to do it even better wherever possible. By informing everyone well from the beginning, we want to ensure that there are fewer questions and/or problems and we offer everyone a good start to his/her new job.
Housing
Last but not least, everyone highly appreciates a clean house, good location and nice roommates. As House of Work, we think this is also very important. That's why all of our houses are SNF certified, every house meets specific quality standards, and we put everything into work to keep improving our housing.
If you experience any problems, please inform your Job Coach or coordinator. We will continue to work hard to maintain our quality and improve our housing if possible.
All participants of the survey were also able to win prizes. The winners were already notified and have received their prizes. Check out the post about this on our social media.
On behalf of House of Work, we would like to thank all the temporary workers who participated in this survey and congratulations to all the winners!
