Green Maintenance Worker (Dredging & Nature Work)
Description
We are always looking for people to strengthen our team. People who enjoy working independently or in a team to get the job done for our clients. For a company in Schipluiden that works in dredging and green maintenance, we are looking for two motivated people who enjoy working outdoors and are physically fit.
No experience? No problem — you will learn on the job. If you speak English, that’s a plus. We are looking for at least one person with a driving licence. You’ll drive a company vehicle to the work locations.

Responsibilities
- Mowing roadsides, dikes, nature areas, and recreational green spaces
- Cleaning ditches, ponds and canals
- Pruning trees and shrubs
- Installing shore protections, sheet piling, jetties, etc.
- Building up dikes, creating nature-friendly riverbanks and fish spawning areas
- Dredging ditches and ponds
What do we expect from you?
- Willingness to do physical outdoor work
- Physically strong and healthy
- English-speaking preferred
- Driving licence required for at least one person
