Branch Manager, Roosendaal
Description
We are looking for an entrepreneurial Branch Manager for our branch in Roosendaal.
In this multifaceted role, you will combine account management, relationship management, and commercial entrepreneurship with responsibility for our operations in the region.
The focus is on managing, maintaining, and further expanding customer relationships. You will be the face of our Roosendaal branch and will know how to further develop existing partnerships and create new opportunities. In addition, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations within the region, including our office location and housing accommodations for international employees.

Responsibilities
What will you be doing?
As a Branch Manager, you’ll be responsible for the commercial success of the Roosendaal region. You’ll maintain close contact with existing clients, build lasting relationships, and attract new clients to House of Work.
You’ll work closely with recruiters, coordinators, and other colleagues at House of Work—including those at our other branches—to place the right employees with the right clients. In addition, you’ll oversee regional activities and ensure that our services, accommodations, and facilities meet the high standards that clients and employees expect from us.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing, maintaining, and expanding existing client relationships
- Actively generating new business within the region
- Advising clients on staffing and labor market issues
- Identifying commercial opportunities and market trends
- Managing and coordinating activities within the Roosendaal region
- Collaborating closely with recruitment and operations
- Taking responsibility for the Roosendaal office location
- Overseeing the management and maintenance of housing facilities for international employees
- Monitoring quality, client satisfaction, and service delivery
- Preparing and discussing reports with clients
What do we expect from you?
What do you bring to the table?
- At least 5 years of experience in account management, recruitment, or business services
- Experience in the temporary staffing industry is a strong plus
- A commercial and entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational skills and a sense of responsibility
- Proficiency in Dutch and English
- Class B driver’s license
