For our payroll department, we’re looking for a colleague who will ensure that the time tracking and administrative processing for our temporary staff run smoothly and accurately. You’ll be a key link within our organization and will support the team in ensuring error-free administrative processing.
Experience in payroll administration is a plus, but not required. Above all, we value your attention to detail, ability to adapt quickly, and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities
What will you be doing?
As a Payroll Clerk, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including:
- Processing hours worked by temporary employees
- Checking and correcting time records
- Processing employee onboarding and offboarding notifications
- Assisting with payroll and HR administration
- Liaising with colleagues regarding administrative questions
- Ensuring accurate and timely data processing
- You’ll work closely with colleagues in the administrative department and will be guided step by step through our processes and systems.
What do we expect from you?
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is available for at least 24 hours per week
- Works accurately and in an organized manner
- Has strong administrative skills or is eager to learn them
- Has a sense of responsibility
- Works well with others
- Is tech-savvy and picks up new processes quickly
- Experience in administration, HR, or payroll is a plus, but not required.
