What will you do?
As a Senior Manager Recruiter, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing the recruitment team. You will combine strategic insight with a hands-on mentality and be actively involved in the entire recruitment process. You will also ensure efficient setup and continuous optimization of recruitment processes and make smart use of recruitment software and data.

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include:
- Leading and coaching a team of recruiters
- Establishing a logical and consistent recruitment process
- Effectively deploying recruitment software (ATS/CRM) and reporting
- Working with KPIs such as time-to-hire, conversion, and candidate quality
- Monitoring deadlines, objectives, and performance within the team
- Developing and executing recruitment strategies
- Maintaining and expanding client and candidate relationships
What do you bring to the table?
- At least several years of experience in recruitment
- Demonstrable experience in a managerial or generalist role
- Experience in the staffing industry is a plus
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and modern recruitment software
- Strong understanding of hundreds of KPIs, results, and deadlines
- Analytical, strong communication skills, and decisiveness
