Responsibilities
Responsibilities
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for all sick leave reports received through 3CX and Howie, our proprietary AI assistant. You'll listen to the employee, ask targeted questions, and then carefully assess the report. You'll process all sick leave reports from employees working through our labels accurately and completely into our systems. You'll provide not only administrative support but also a personal and reassuring approach; you'll help them plan their first steps toward recovery and ensure they feel heard and supported.
