Responsibilities
In this role, you will be actively working with people every day. Our group of companies is continuously seeking labor migrants for our clients. You know exactly where to find the best talent and how to excite them about the positions we offer.
In this role, you are not just a recruiter; you are a driven person who constantly seeks smart solutions and process improvements. Think about:
- Keeping our databases and P4F system up to date.
- Actively approaching and guiding candidates through their application process.
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve the best match for our clients.
What do we expect from you?
An enthusiastic, eager-to-learn employee with strong communication skills and a driving license, who is looking for a full-time position (40 hours per week). You master the Romanian and English languages, are result-oriented, have a clear opinion, and always strive for the best results both in teamwork and individually. More importantly, you are looking for a place where you can develop yourself and enjoy your work. Your workplace will be between our offices in The Hague and Roosendaal.
